Parts & Components
Finding the right parts for aging or legacy CNC equipment is often the biggest challenge in keeping machines running. Schienke sources OEM and high-quality aftermarket replacement parts, and where no off-the-shelf option exists, we manufacture components in-house.

In-House CNC Machining
Schienke operates large 5-axis CNC machining centers in-house — the same equipment we use to fabricate precision components for our own rebuild and retrofit projects. This gives us a perspective most service companies don't have: we understand CNC machines as machinists, not just as technicians.
Our machining capability is also available for contract work. Whether you need a prototype, a first-article component, or a limited production run of precision machined parts, our team brings the same exacting standards to the machine as we do to every rebuild job.

Laser Machine Calibration
Dimensional accuracy doesn't start on the part — it starts with the machine. Schienke performs laser-based geometric calibration to verify and restore the full spatial accuracy of CNC machine tools, catching error sources that standard checks miss and compensating them before they reach your work.
We measure every critical axis relationship and deliver a full calibration report documenting baseline deviations, corrections applied, and final verified performance — giving you traceability and confidence in your machine's output.

Additive Manufacturing & Rapid Prototyping
Before we cut metal, we print. Schienke uses in-house 3D printing to prototype components, validate form and fit, and produce the custom fixtures and jigs that support our rebuild and machining work — including development parts for our own 2-axis live milling head. It's the fastest way to prove out a design before committing to machine time.
Additive also solves a problem every legacy machine owner knows: covers, guards, and cable-management parts the OEM stopped making decades ago. If it can't be bought, we can often print it — or print the prototype that becomes the machined part.
